Bookmark saving
PDFTron will now save user bookmarks directly into the PDF, so that PDFs shared between different versions of PDFTron, on different devices and platforms, will have their bookmarks preserved.
Page changed notification
Page changes are now emitted as an NSNotification (in addition to the delegate method).
