Number of Licenses
A CPU License allows deploying the licensed software on a single CPU that can be accessed by an unlimited number of users (processes). Please note that CPUs are counted as reported by the operating system with the exception of hyper-threading on Intel processors, where only physical CPUs are counted. (e.g. two dual-processor machines plus a single-processor machine result in a total of five CPUs and would require five CPU Licenses.). A Development License is included free with each production CPU License purchase.

AMS
(Annual Maintenance Subscription)The AMS is an optional, renewable maintenance and support subscription issued on a per-license basis with each product license and includes access to all minor and major product version releases as well as priority technical support. The AMS is charged annually at approximately 20% of the product price or USD 160, whichever is higher.
